Binny's stocks Prosecco from a $9.99 house exclusive to Valdobbiadene DOCG at about $26, with card prices and case deals. Seen October 2026.
Illinois's big wine shop, with a Prosecco range that climbs all the way from a $9.99 house bottle to the steep hills of Valdobbiadene.
Binny's Beverage Depot is Illinois's home-grown drinks chain, and for Prosecco it has the deepest range we found among the Midwest stores: value DOC bottles at $10 to $15, then a proper ladder of Superiore DOCGs, including two from Valdobbiadene itself. Binny's even publishes its own explainer on Prosecco DOCG, which tells you something about who's buying. Add a free loyalty card and about 10% off a case, and it's a very pleasant place to stock up.

Our picks
Judgements from appellation, style and price. We haven't tasted these bottles for this page.
Best under $15: Bariano Prosecco Extra Dry, about $11.99. It tells you its sweetness level on the label, which is more than most bottles at this price do, and Extra Dry is the soft, crowd-pleasing middle. A case brings it to about $10.79 a bottle.
Best DOCG: Nino Franco Rustico Prosecco Superiore, about $19.99 on sale. A Superiore DOCG at $3 off its regular $22.99. At under $20 it's the DOCG we'd reach for first, with the Mionetto pair at $17.99 as the thriftier route in.
Best Rosé: Ninety Plus Cellars Prosecco Rosé Lot 197, about $9.99 on sale. The cheapest Rosé on the shelf. If you'd rather a label that states DOC, the Brilla Rosé is about $14.99.
Best for a party: a case of La Bella Prosecco, about $119.88. That's $9.99 a bottle for Binny's own exclusive, and the extra $10 off six Vineyard Direct wines may sweeten it further.
If you see it, buy it: Mionetto Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore, about $17.99. The cheapest bottle labelled Valdobbiadene we found at Binny's. A bottle that says "Valdobbiadene" comes from the steep hills at the heart of the DOCG, and $17.99 is a friendly price for that address.
Exclusives and private labels
Vineyard Direct is Binny's own exclusive value-wine line, and La Bella Prosecco is its Prosecco, at about $9.99 with the Binny's Card. One listing says any six Vineyard Direct wines take an extra $10 off. Binny's doesn't name the producer on the listings we could see, and we couldn't find it elsewhere.
Fossetta Prosecco, also $9.99 with the card, is a Binny's favourite: the store picked it on WGN Radio's holiday sparkling segment back in 2017. We couldn't confirm whether it's sold anywhere else.
Buying tips
- Get the Binny's Card. It's free, it isn't a credit card, and they look you up at the register. On some Proseccos it takes $1 to $3 off.
- Climb the DOCG ladder. Mionetto and Nino Franco at $18 to $20, then Santa Margherita at about $26. Superiore DOCG comes only from the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, and from Asolo.
- Case prices are real. Freixenet drops from $12.99 to about $11.69 a bottle by the case. Riondo goes from $14.99 to about $13.49.
- Brut is drier than Extra Dry. The Syltbar Brut is the bottle for oysters; the Bariano Extra Dry is the bottle for brunch.
