Publix sells La Marca, Mionetto, Josh, Vandori and a Casa Farive DOCG, about $14 to $24 online. Prices seen October 2026, plus our picks.
The supermarket where you already buy the birthday cake, with a mainstream Prosecco shelf and one proper DOCG hiding on it.
Publix sells Prosecco in its supermarkets and in its separate Publix Liquors stores, so you can usually pick up a bottle on the same trip as the sub. The range is mostly familiar names, La Marca, Mionetto, Josh Cellars and Martini, plus two labels you'll see a lot of at Publix, Vandori and Casa Farive. There's no Publix own-label Prosecco that we could find. The prices we could see are online prices, and online runs higher than the shelf, so treat every number below as a ceiling rather than a quote.

Our picks
These are judgements from appellation, style and price. We haven't tasted these bottles for this page.
Best under $15: Martini Prosecco, about $14.89. Marked down from $17.99 online when we looked, and even the online price, which runs above the shelf, came in under $15. Josh Cellars Rosé, at about $14.39, is the other bottle under the line.
Best everyday Brut: Mionetto Prestige Prosecco DOC Brut, about $15.49 to $16.59. A labelled DOC in the drier Brut style, which is more than most of this shelf tells you. Expect to pay less in store.
Best DOCG: Casa Farive Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG, about $19.89. The only Superiore DOCG we found at Publix, and it costs less online than Vandori. Easy call.
Best Rosé: Casa Farive Rosé Prosecco Millesimato DOC, about $19.89. A vintage-dated Prosecco Rosé, as the rules require, in the Extra Dry style. Josh Cellars Rosé is the budget option.
Best for a party: a few bottles of the Mionetto. We found no magnums or multipacks at Publix, so a party here means several 750ml bottles. Ask at Publix Liquors, whose page mentions quantity discounts on two or more qualifying bottles in some stores.
If you see it, buy it: Lunetta Prosecco Brut, about $16.59. A Brut from Cavit, and it was out of stock online when we checked. If your Publix Liquors has it on the shelf, that's your chance.
Exclusives and private labels
We found no Publix own-label Prosecco. Vandori and Casa Farive turn up often at Publix, but we couldn't confirm that either is exclusive to the chain, and Vandori is sold elsewhere too. If Publix adds a house Prosecco, we'll add it here.
Buying tips
- Shop in store if you can. Publix says online and delivery prices run higher than shelf prices. On a $15 bottle that adds up across a party order.
- Two baskets, two orders. If you're ordering online, Publix Liquors items go in a separate order from your groceries.
- Extra Dry is the house style here. Vandori, Casa Farive and Kim Crawford are all Extra Dry, which is softer and a little sweeter than Brut. Good with spicy food and brunch. If you like it crisp, look for Mionetto, Gancia or Lunetta, which are Brut.
- Look for "Superiore" on the label. That word, plus DOCG, is how you spot the Casa Farive among the DOCs.
