It's nine at night, friends are on their way, and the only bottle in the fridge is soy sauce. This is the moment GoPuff was built for. The company (it styles itself Gopuff) runs its own small warehouses and delivers snacks, groceries and, in many markets, beer, wine and spirits, with the app promising orders "in as fast as 15 minutes". Nobody opens GoPuff to browse Valdobbiadene. You open it because you need bubbles now. Here is what you'll find, what it costs, and how to order it without a doorstep disappointment.

One owner: GoPuff, BevMo and Liquor Barn
GoPuff is also a bricks-and-mortar drinks retailer. It bought the BevMo! chain in California, Arizona and Washington for $350 million in 2020, and in September 2026 trade press still called BevMo "the company's retail subsidiary". In 2021 it bought Kentucky's Liquor Barn, which came with the Party Mart and DEP's stores. Best Brut: Mionetto Prestige Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut. The driest style on this shelf and the one to pick for oysters, salty snacks or a spritz. We didn't see the price, so check the app.
Best Rosé: Mionetto Prosecco Rosé, $17.99 in Lubbock, TX. Prosecco Rosé has been an official DOC style only since 2020, and every bottle carries a vintage year. Pink, lively and made for a party.
If it's listed near you: Josh Cellars Prosecco, $18.99 in Sacramento. A Californian wine brand's Italian DOC. Familiar to anyone who knows the Josh Cabernet.
How GoPuff Prosecco delivery works
- Put your address in first. Stock and prices are set by your nearest GoPuff location, and alcohol only shows where it can legally deliver.
- Search "Prosecco", then read the name. A search for Prosecco can also throw up other sparkling wines. Look for "Prosecco DOC" (or DOCG) on the listing.
- Check the total. The alcohol fee and the delivery fee land at checkout. If you order often, Fam pays for itself fast.
- Be home, with ID. Someone 21 or over has to take the bag and show ID. A sleeping housemate doesn't count.
- Chill it fast. If the bottle arrives warm, 20 minutes in an ice bucket with water and a handful of salt does the job.
